What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as well as PayPal.
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to anywhere in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom. However, we do not ship domestic orders to P.O. Boxes or Military Post Offices.
Do you charge sales tax?
Customers inside Wisconsin will be charged 5.5% sales tax. There will be no sales tax for customers who live outside Wisconsin.
How much is shipping?
Domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day SelectSM or UPS 2nd Day Air®.
Shipments in the contiguous United States will be charged a flat shipping rate as follows:
• $7.99 per order for UPS Ground
• $12.99 per order plus $5.99 per pair for UPS 3 Day SelectSM
• $14.99 per order plus $9.99 per pair for UPS 2nd Day Air®
Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air® and will be charged $23.99 per order plus $7.99 per pair.
(The shipping charge may differ for remote destinations in Alaska and Hawaii. You will be contacted by email if the shipping cost is different before your card is charged.)
International orders will be shipped USPS International.
Canada shipments will be charged a flat shipping rate of $24.99 per order plus $4.99 per pair.
United Kingdom shipments will be charged $29.99 per order plus $9.99 per pair.
(All customs charges including taxes, handling fees, and duty fees are paid for by the buyer. MissHighHeel.com does not include these charges in your order, nor do we pay any of the taxes or fees of any kind that may be charged upon delivery.)

Most orders are shipped from our distribution facility located in Fullerton, California.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Within 1 - 7 business days, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We want you to be happy with your shopping experience and our products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at admin@misshighheel.com within 7 days after delivery for instructions.
Please note the following:
We will accept returns for exchange or refund (excluding clearance items).
Merchandise must be returned in the condition you received it, complete with original packaging. All returned items must be unworn and in resalable condition. Do not mark, attach labels or tape original shoe box in any way. The original manufacturers shoe box must be shipped back with a protective outside box/wrapper.
Customer must ship return within 10 days after delivery.
All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. In addition, shipping costs are not refundable.
On all exchanges, customer is responsible for shipping charges. There is no restocking fee for an exchange. All exchanges will be shipped UPS Ground unless requested otherwise.
Restocking fees up to 25% may apply if the return/exchange policy is not followed.
Refused Shipments -- All refused shipments will result in 15% restocking charge plus shipping cost incurred.
